    Poor after service of available staff from bike department.

    Purchased a polygon bike few months ago, the tyre had a puncture and brought it back to fix today. I have been told that they don’t allow bike in the store and asked if they can help. I explained about the bike puncture, been told there is no staff available... read full comment

    Frustrating that every jacket in the shop is locked together. When you want to try on several different things it’s a pain trying to find staff to unlock it all. Especially when they make absolutely no effort to come help you. Walked out in the end. Great way to put customers off
