The blonde lady with the glasses behind the counter was incredibly rude. They were 25 minutes late opening on Boxing Day which while it’s a problem it’s really not the end of the world. At the end of the day everyone there needed to be there as they needed medication reasonably quickly. Nobody really made a big fuss... read full comment

Blonde woman with glasses behind the counter stood and chatted with a customer, joking around and ignoring the queue.Asked for a wrist support to which she stood pointing and shouting ‘no not there, there!’ Like I was stupid.The support was for under the wrist and not to support the actual wrist by covering the hand.She... read full comment
