This popup shop outside Sainsburys at Emersons Green is a little jem. Well stocked and available to carry out repairs, etc. In my case, it was 2 watches, which he fixed in no time at all. He also does a good job on shoe repairs and jewellery, etc.

Visited the site 24 hours later this man knew how to switch on the key cutting machine and the cutter spin clockwise and cut not only the 3 I bought but also gave me 2 extra keys free. Moral of visit don't go there on a Monday if you want a key cut.

Asked for a battery for my car key, the person said it was £14.95. I queried this only because the previous timpson I had gone to gave me two quotes, one for a lifetime guarantee which was what I wanted. I was met with defensiveness and attitude, as if I was questioning his pricing structure!When he realised it was because I wanted the more expensive battery his whole attitude altered. Someone who can't afford to pay the extra doesn't deserve to be treated any less favourably!

When I opted to do the watch repair without the lifetime guarantee, his attitude changed and he kept telling me if the water tightness failed he wouldn?t be liable.A month later after changing the battery here the watch doesn?t work. Won?t be going back.I?d recommend going for the lifetime guarantee as their workmanship is questionable.
