“The Co op at Downend Bristol has a huge car park with lanes marked for a family car with children and others for blue badge holders, disabled people but there are no marking that help show the direction of traffic going in or out . The store inside is well stacked, clean with amble space in the lanes for people on wheelchairs or with children but the outside is neglected. The beutiful seating area outside is dirty, both the seats and the floor needs cleaning. The container marked for donated clothes and shoes to be collected by the Salvation Army is full to the brim and there are more plastic bags full of clothing items next to the container that seems not to be emptied for a long time. There are pleasant flowers planted in the entrance of the store.”
