really bad service should of had a package arrive 24 hour tracked just to have a letter to say they attempted, phoned office to ask why to be told no one was in when I had arranged my dad to be in all day he does have Mobility issues but takes him no more then few minutes to answer the door but they didnt even ues door... read full comment

Opening times to collect mail and parcels that the postperson couldn't, didn't or unable to wait to deliver to the correct address, are either only a couple of hours in the morning or not open! No telephone number for the local office, and nothing on line to tell you the opening times?
