So very rude, I was greeted by 'you will have to wait a few minute'. I stood there to watch the staff do some maths rather than serve me. Another member of staff was on hand and couldn't serve. When they had finally finished doing their sums there was no apologies for the wait just short and curt service. Very disappointed... read full comment
