Exceptional service from the branch manager. Went above and beyond to help me with a situation that caused me a great deal of stress. I was impressed with the branch staff friendly and genuine welcome, ready to serve customers. I had to go to cirencester, instead of swindon..... l went to a woman for a bit of tape, as my cheque had been ripped, so asked for help, she obv didnt want to help, so she asked her colleague, who was a complete snotty clown, blatantly not interested in helping.
