A lovely looking building to carry out all your day to day banking transactions, that also has an ATM outside the building society to make deposits or withdrawals.

Stood in a queue for 30 minutes with the majority of people being told they couldn't carry out standard banking activity in their bank...me included. 30 minutes spent listening to people moan only to be told the same thing yourself is ridiculous. This isn't a bank it's a farce. My account has now been moved!
