Very friendly, I am always anxious with new people but Isobel was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. The intimate wax barely hurt and was done comfortably and quickly. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly. Very talkative, holds a nice conversation, and is very informative. Will definitely be returning ?
