Not very good people skills or customer service skills on the telephone. I rang to book a trip the lady said it was full up which was fair enough, they can't help being full up but it was the way she straight away barked "no" down the phone as soon as I asked! We would like to thank Jo, Phil and the Team for the excellent service you provided for our daughters wedding last Saturday.
