Worst Boots store, I have ever been to. Returned an item on the 15-th of June and still waiting for the refund. I bought the item online and thought that returning to a Boots store, would be the quickest and easiest way to get the refund, instead of mailing back via Royal Mail, but I was wrong. You are the worst chemist in the UK everytime I come into your chemist the medications never in stock. We are talking about lifesaving medication that we need to stay alive and due to your incompetence we can't get it.
