Took my phone for a repair. Booked in advance. I was told to come and pick up the phone next day between 4 -5. Went in there to pick it up and I was told that my phone was randomly picked for an audit by apple to check their repair quality. Then told they are sending my phone to apple to repair which will take 5 - 10 working... read full comment
