Have used timpsons many of times and never had a problem with staff or service. But popped to get my sons watch altered on his 18th birthday as his watch was too big.. The chap in store was very friendly. Unfortunately the key I needed couldn't be cut but the guy explained how to get one clearly so obviously very knowledgeable. Now have keys on order so not a wasted trip at all. Many thanks

Needed some links taken out of a new watch, really quick and helpful especially on one of the hottest days of the year so far and in essentially a giant oven!
