This store is not local to us but we had a day out to cheltenham and just popped in on the off chance - we are so glad we did! Coner was very helpful and adaptable the information he gave me to my needs. I left understanding confidently what I had purchased and signed up for and at no point felt pressured (unlike past experiences with other brands/shops) Very lovely experience in the Cheltenham branch and would recommend to others
