My husband received excellent care from a brilliant team. They enabled him to take to the stage one last time 5 days before he died. It was all he wanted to do and gave him so much pleasure. They managed his pain relief and oxygen so this could happen I can never thank them enough.

My husband received very good care in the three weeks he was at sue Ryder but sadly the after care was dreadful. A nurse said that they would phone me when my husband was near the end of his time so I could be with him. They didn't phone so my husband passed alone without me which made me very sad.
