Food was really nice however, some staff seemed very unprofessional. They were messing around and chatting when they were meant to be serving. Wiping things on each others faces/hair and laughing about it. Customers were being ignored when waiting at the till as staff were not paying attention. They got our order wrong...

Soho always have lovely staff, I regularly pop in for lunch with a colleague. The guy who makes the jackets is so friendly and passionate about making it delicious for you, describing what extra steps he took etc. large portions as well.
