Awful measuring, fitting and customer service. I am still waiting for a response from customer services 2 days after they promised to return my call. After SCS measured incorrectly leading to a huge gap in the carpet on my stairs, fitted the door bar so badly that I can no longer shut my bathroom door and fitted faulty...

Awful. Avoid. Communications after order is dreadful. Changed our carpet design but never confirmed the full breakdown and update of the new cost causing issues with the carpet fitter who are self employed contractors.
