Welcoming and helpful staff. If anyone is looking for: steel toe boots / construction shoes / earth boots in the Cheltenham or Gloucester area - they sell them at Shoezone (opposite Millets) in central Cheltenham. Schuh does not sell steel toe shoes.

Not a bad shoe shopping experience although I was surprised that Cavendish House were cheaper for Puma Suedes; plain black were £44.99 at Shuh yet they were only £35 at Cavendish House.Shuh have plenty of staff and sales assistants so the service is very good, and the product knowledge from the staff also appeared good....
