Don't ever bank with santander!! Cheltenham branch...Customer service is appalling make promises to you that they have no intention of keeping. Refuse to let you withdraw amounts in certain denominations you would like. Even refuse to order it in for you. Say anything you want to hear just to move onto the next Customer.... read full comment

Staff were rude to myself and a elderly lady in line in front of me. Really spoke down to her and got frustrated. Tried to make an appointment to see someone at a later time about multiple things to discuss and the lady was dismissive until I insisted. Customer service skills are lacking in this branch
