Not very impressed. On dropping off my item for sale the assistant felt it would sell well and gave me the clear impression I would be contacted if not. It did not sell and they did not contact me. I phoned, then collected to find my garment (brand new with tags) had been stored in the basement and smelled horrendously... read full comment
