No stars! Waited for 45 minutes while on my lunch today. Gave up in the end cos I had to return to work. Gotta feel sorry for the staff working there; think you need more people on over lunchtimes. Chronic staff shortages. Wait times ridiculous when busy. Self service not always working. It's just a mess. Don't rely on this branch.
