The service here is an absolute joke!The queues here are longer than the great wall of china and they have a skeleton crew of people working here.Therefore, it can take you forever to do your business here and leave, and you better pray they never have 1 staff member working the desk.If so, you better be as patient as the...

Has become an ordeal to use this branch!Only one cashier is ever on and queue times are around 30-40 mins minimum . It’s clear customer service is no longer a priority as you’ve reduced both opening hours and staff members. Even the call centre is diabolical. Avoid Lloyds at all costs!
