Visited to see if they had any full face helmets for my child. Stood near the till and three members of staff to just be ignored. Had to get one of their attention after being walked past, asked if they had any in stock and was met with a 'uhhh, no'. Great customer service . . .

Excellent experience buying and subsequent support of a Specialized Turbo Levo. Lots of advice and support for me and my son as we bought the bike. Brought the bike in for a free six week service.
