Absolutely awful service. Called in at 10:30am for a couple of coffees and had to wait 20 minutes as the coffee machine wasn't ready for use. Asked a member of staff why this was and he said that it had to warm up and go through it's set up process. I asked him how long this took and he said about thirty minutes.
