Sent me home with a damaged item of clothing. When I noticed I went back to the store and they refused to exchange or refund me insinuating I’d damaged the item. Conned me of £60.

We bought some coffees and a cake from John Lewis' cafe called The Place to Eat☕️ It was our first time ordering from here and we thought the atmosphere was so lovely and wholesome. Ate at their Cafe "A Place to Eat". Chips were nice and hot. Peas were tasty, however the fish was over heated and a bit hard. The toastie was nice, so was the quiche.
