Horrendous - after years of wonderful service to the Cheltenham community - the current owners of Cavendish House (House of Fraser) have let a thriving business go to rack and ruin. This was my favourite shopping place, however there is a saying good things donot stay for long.House of fraser is closing down soon.I enjoyed coffee in caffenero located ground floor after I was done shopping.My 5 year old son loves the coffee shop too.What to do now, only old memories remains.Hope it comes back refurbished!Miss... read full comment

It is closing down in few weeks. Reduced prices not too low, items still expensive even with the discount. Very cold inside the shop, poor staff I guess they are trembling of cold. ?
