Remarkable transformation since they removed the barriers separating staff and customers. Amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. Was even offered a cup of tea during a recent visit. Ten out of ten!

Tried to phone for help with my account. I was told to call back during opening hoursCalled back during opening hours and the automated message said they cant take my call as all the lines are busy. Cut me off, didnt give me the option to hold. I cant call the branch to speak with anyone directly as they told me to go online.... read full comment
