I booked an AC anti-bacterial cleaning service with Halfords Cheltenham Grange (GL51 9NB) and paid online in advance. My appointment was scheduled for Sunday, 23/03/2025 at 10 AM. However, when I arrived, the manager had no idea about the service and told me to cancel it!

I have had a couple of poor experiences with this garage.

I had my service booked in with the garage today and I was advised by one member of staff on the phone that after my car being there for 4+ hours, it hadn't been authorised by eMAC (the company that Cinch use for Service plans) to complete the service so nothing... read full comment
