Unprofessional staff member, complaining about his job whilst serving us and struggled with everything he was doing. We asked to transfer my fiancée’s phone number from O2 which after several attempts he said he had done when in actual fact it still hasn’t been done yet.

Went to the shop twice couldn't sort out the problem. Went to another EE shop same problem, went to a different supplier.
