Thank you for keeping a branch open in Cheltenham. Have been in to sort out a savings account . Jo provided excellent service she was patient, thorough and followed up with us to make sure the account was actioned the next day. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Visited the branch a number of times when setting up new ISAs including transfers in. ALL the staff are very very helpful and create a really good feel to engagement and visits. Must mention Jo who really is a role model and goes more than the extra mile to help and get it right. Big thank you to a great team
