As im a regular at costa also have 2 family members work for them also.
I found the experience I recived today at this branch terrible. I asked for my drinks to be extra hot and the look I got of the woman doing the drinks. She replied with it will burn you and the face well a smile would be great with a service.

A very helpful young lady called Tia helped me today by carrying a large, heavy bag to my car. I have back pain and she offered to help after seeing me struggle. I was very impressed with her caring attitude and the fact that she took time out to help me.

I was very impressed by one of your staff today, who was on one of the tills ,her name was Kate and she showed extreme kindness to a Lady who had just paid for her Goods but was upset as she had just left her Huaband at home who has Cancer, she gave her a hug which meant a lot to her.
