It may be the locality but the customers here are largely inconsiderate, entitled and rude and sadly the staff seem too spineless to really stand up to them. Poor offering too. Last resort only, shame.

This store is a joke! ID checked on a 31 year old and 35 year old for a bottle of wine. Then went in the following day for a lighter to be asked for ID again. Took over 1 minute as Benedict thoroughly checked my driving license back and front including the hologram to make sure it wasn't fake. Feeling thoroughly violated.... read full comment
