Incompetent staff, on most days they won't even bother to take your parcels due to petty excuses like shortage of drivers / no space in store.

All the staff are always so helpful and friendly. I use the Evri drop off most days for my small business and the customer service is exceptional 5*

Today is my 3rd day I am trying to send parcels! First few times they didn’t have any space to accept my parcels … today the printer run out of paper and they haven’t had any replacement paper. It’s a joke! If you can’t provide a service just don’t do it! I don’t have time to drive to this drop off everyday... read full comment
