Dear management, you have Very rude staff especially the lady on the till with a glasses. I used to spend between £100-£150 a week, stopped going. Sainsbury's is the place now! You should train your staff to be more polite.

I will never set foot in this store again as the chap that stands next to you on self check out stood so close to my wife while watching me scan and pack , he said that what he's there for to check I am doing every thin correct . He might just as well be serving me himself , the closer he stood he could see he was annoying... read full comment
