Quite possibly the rudest manager I've ever encountered. Completely disinterested in serving me and seemed to have no problem in bossing the staff about. Although the staff are pleasant I’ve been in the store twice this week after work & both times the price stated for the item isn’t the price I paid. & I do have a membership card. Which didn’t make any difference as wasn’t on offer for these items. Crumpets marked up at 95p I got charged £1.25. Maris piper potatoes... read full comment

Disappointed by the lack of customer service I received tonight.
