Door not open 6:05. Knocked on window ignored by staff behind till who decided to walk to door then back to till. Knocked window again explained time. Was told him and the manager "didn't think there was any point opening as one till wasn't working and half the pumps weren't on. So I was ignored and told half the tills... read full comment
