I didn't like the attitude of the person who booked my appointment; she needs to work on her manner. The man doing the pre-screening tests was efficient and pleasant. The optician was excellent - had a great manner and answered all my questions. There was an assumption amongst the staff that I would wish to buy new glasses...

My appointment was in 3 parts - pre-screening, optometry and dispensing. In all 3 areas i was dealt with promptly, efficiently and with kindness. Louise, Fiona and Hannah were thoroughly professional in all respects. All in all a very positive experience.

Was a very good experience for a first eye test and contact lenses fitting. No waiting. Everything explained excellently along the way (I needed to ask quite a few questions as I didn’t understand reading vs distance prescriptions etc). V Reasonable price too. I have no need to try any other optician going forward.
