Awful. Was given an appointment to collect my new glasses. I arrived on time after making a special trip. They could not find my glasses. I was told they weren't there so I would not have been notified to make an appointment. Someone said they would look into it and then I should make yet another appointment. I asked for...

The service I received from the optician Debbie and her colleagues could not have been better.Although it was beyond her remit to comment on my symptoms re sinusitis affecting my eyes she listened very compassionately. Her tests revealed that I had a macular hole in my left eye and she did all she could to help me.
