I visited with my daughter. We used the skin analysis service. The staff was so gentle with her and helpful. I would recommend the service.

For such a large store it's very disappointing when they don't have a good range of products. The Vichy is always low on stock. May not be Boots fault but it's funny how it's much better at the store on the high street!
