On Saturday 3rd Feb I attended Barclays cheltenham to see if I could seek help to setting up / transferring my business app across to my new phone.I was greeted with a lovely smile from Ami. Ami was an absolute angel and did everything requested. So nice to have such a great person to be working at Barclays
