The store is fine, but the website is useless. It's almost impossible to find items that are in stock before traveling to the store as it's stuffed with the same marketplace junk I can buy on Amazon.

Visited this B&Q asked a question about kitchen taps and the member of staff was quite rude and was not helpful, will not be visiting this B&Q again, I give it one star if you're desperate and don't mind rude service
