Had a lush welcome Wednesday evening. First time using The Tanning Shop, everything was made easy, good cleanliness, friendly & fun vibes. Could not ask for more. Keep up the good work :-)

Not a good experience at all, went for the first time because it was closer to my job, but left totally disappointed.First of all, the lady at the reception was quite rude and not friendly at all, she wasn't smiling or having a positive attitude....I asked for 15 min but she said they can only give me 6 or 8, I said politely to her that I am tanning already for a few months and I have reached medium skin colour already, she looked at me with disguise and she said I need to sign a waiver, I said fine, no prob. Then I found out that it was £1/min, but the beds didn't even had cool air, just warm-hot air and it felt like you're cooking in the oven, no spray water for the body, nothing. Then why u ask for a £1/min? What's so special about these beds compared to others? I didn't even felt a difference compared to others. And even when I left the shop I said politely thank you, and she looked at me with disguise again instead of smiling and saying something nice. Why put such people at the reception to ruin new customers experiences?

In the past, i was able to choose how many minutes i want to do...now its mandatory min 8 minutes. Thats not how to treat customers. I choose someplace else.

Lovely place and beds but recent bulb changes means I'm being forced to take 8 minute sunbeds when previously 4 minutes was the minimum. Staff are telling me bulbs are 50% efficient than previously due to new EU regulation. Emailed head office as in effect my pre paid minutes had deprecated by 50% and was informed by head office that the bulbs are 20% less efficient and I can take 5 minutes. Took the email back to the branch but am told again its 8 minutes minimum. My skin got a little red from this and I'm not wholly comfortable with such long sessions. After building up from 4 minutes to 6 minutes last year I expected to be able to do the same now. (Google suggests 8 minutes sunbed is the equivalent of 2 hours in the full sun). Still 4 stars as its a great little place just dropped one star for a confusing and poorly communicated policy.

It is a good tanning shop but be aware that after March you have to book or they cant get you in. The app doesn?t work & emails aren?t looked at. You?re informed that you can ring in but the number isn?t in the app & if you ask what the number is so you can add for next time you are told to ?Google it? so not very helpful. I?m not local so now 2wasted car journeys time & fuel. Unlikely I?ll use the place again & certainly won?t be bulk buying mins again.Service: Tanning

First visit this morning and was greeted by Shelley (hope I?ve spelt it right) and she was absolutely fantastic, it?s been about 5/6 years since I last used sunbeds, she went through everything with me in great detail and she is so friendly!Couldn?t have felt more welcome.Will definitely be using this tanning salon going forward ??Service: Tanning

Love The Tanning Shop in Willow Brook. Staff are fantastic, cleanliness and hygiene are top quality and bulbs are changed regularly for optimal Tanning experience. Very fairly priced. Thank you. Xx
