The staff put spikes up to stop us sitting out the front around the corner bit as any of you haven't noticed how many dead birds because of it they should be ashamed with there self's and the staff are always grumpy and not polite

Good shop but it's impossible to socially distance in there. They've put the queue going up a dead end, so to get to the end of the queue you have to squeeze through a gap less than a meter wide. Dead ends + social distancing don't work! Remove the barricade from the fruit and veg aisle!

This Tesco Express is just like any other. They do have a Post Office in store which is helpful if you live local. This Tesco Express store can get very busy, especially during peak times. The parking is very limited. Iâ??ve not really needed any assistance from staff there before so canâ??t really comment on customer service and I always use the self service tills. I work in Bradley Stoke so going to this Tesco Express on a lunch break is much easier than having to go to the Tesco Extra in Bradley Stoke. It also has convenient opening hours.

Standard Tesco corporate image, products and pricing. This store can get very busy at peak times, this is not helped by very limited parking. Staff would benefit from customer service training. Overall an average store.

The older members of staff are helpful, but the younger staff are snotty nosed kids who think their better than their customers.

Staff are friendly, they do talk about to loudly about there personal life's bit always tone it down when a customer is close i.e. me lol but I can still hear there personal chat but it's never offensive. I would like to mention the the guy who has a beard and is slighty older and I assume he is the manager but as nice as he is his whistling is so annoying please stop whistling please

Good service, but they've replaced half the stock with versions that make the expensive brands look cheap. Can't buy Sunpat peanut butter here anymore, it's all "organic" and costs twice as much. Same goes for the tea.
