I can't praise this branch enough. The screw fell out of my glasses this morning. In a bit of rush i popped into this branch just as they opened. The lovely staff put in a new screw within 5 minutes and charged me nothing. All done with a smile. 1 very happy customer!

I definitely don't recommend this branch. Before today, I went in Jan 23, where I received an eye test from the most uninterested optician I've ever spoke to. I had a few eye health concerns, such as sometimes one eye doesn't track the same as the other day, so my vision goes blurry...she responded it was probably stress...
