Initially very helpful on the phone but on arrival it was absolutely packed with a queue to the door. I waited an hour to get my item in the end. Need more staff or a better system (or both!)

Told items were ready 1 day prior to picking up still waited 40 minutes for prescription
October 2023
Waited 45 minutes for a medicine for my infant. There were 4/5 people working. Every single customer told “unfortunately this, unfortunately that…”. Absolutely appalling their disregard for someone else’s time. Pathetic.
