Opening times are not helpful for people who work full time, it's always closed when I need to collect something,

Opening times are now so bad I can barley get there and have to rearrange delivery or pay to be sent to a post office that's actually open. Why only be open in the morning? If I could get there in a morning I could have been at home for the initial delivery attempt!
