January 2024I ordered Wednesday for a weekend clinic. Order arrived Friday. They use ‘polar ice’ delivery think its called. UPS brought it. Despite me speaking to driver through ring doorbell and him calling me on the phone. Driver refused to leave it in usual safe place.
