Helpful with an appointment but why are they closing the branch? If they stayed open I would have transferred my Barclays account to them. I want a proper, old fashioned bank!

24th December tried to come in to pay some money into my account, google said 2pm close, got to branch the time is 12:40pm and its closed even in the window next to the door it stated on paper for a 2pm close time, I've had to work today until closing time how about the bank does the same would have made my day a bit easier... read full comment
