Just awful! Always understaffed, prescription never ready when it's supposed to be, didn't open on time today because the pharmacist didn't turn up and on Thursday their systems were down (again) so they couldn't issue prescriptions. Potentially life saving drugs are withheld because of their poor management. I'll be changing... read full comment

Pharmacy in chaos, too many prescriptions unsorted to find mine, told it was there but come back in a couple of days to get it

Try and avoid Boots now. Shel especially look empty often haven't got in what you want and a lot of queuing as not enough staff
