Brilliant welcome from Jo on reception couldn’t do enough for me ?pub next door food was great and very good value for money would definitely stay again ?also a very lovely lady on reception this morning asking if my stay was ok a really lovely experience

The young lady on reception the evening we arrived Courtney was very helpful. We could not get food due to equipment issues!!! Not even a take away in the Toby Carvery adjoining the hotel. Courtney helped us order food via just eat from one of the local take always. I had 2 young children with me and we were all hungry... read full comment

People allowed to smoke and party. Do not stay if you want to sleep!! Night reception was a kid with no control. Broken glass at the front door just ignored by staff for our three night stay. Worse hotel ever
